Moving your Amazon listings to Temu? Here's how, step by step, with Seller Spring. Click Upload.

Step one is your blank Temu template. Temu gives every store its own copy, so we fill yours. Set up your shipping template in Seller Center first, then upload the blank template here once.

We keep it. Step two is your product export. Choose Amazon, and the steps show which file to use: the All Listings report, as the tab-separated text file Amazon gives you.

Upload it exactly as it downloads. Drag it onto the box. Seller Spring reads it in your browser and shows what it found: 24 products, how many of Temu's required fields are already in your file, and what we'll add for you, like category, weight, package size and a base price.

Click Send for a Temu-ready file. Sending shares the file with our UK server, and your Temu-ready file is ready within one business day. It appears under Your files.

Which export file should you upload? It depends where you sell now. Open Help, and scroll to the how-to guides.

From eBay, download your active listings in Seller Hub, as a CSV. From Amazon, request the All Listings report, and keep the tab-separated text file Amazon gives you. From Shopify, open Products, then Export, and download the products CSV.

WooCommerce works the same way: Products, then Export. One tip. Upload the file exactly as it downloads.

Opening it in a spreadsheet first can turn a long barcode into a number like this, and then it can't be read back. Now go to Upload. Choose Shopify, and its export steps appear.

Drag in your CSV. Seller Spring works out where it came from and shows the products it found, ready to send for a Temu-ready file. Seller Spring.

Here's how to connect your Temu store to Seller Spring. Our Temu app is open to all sellers, so any Temu seller can connect. Open Connections.

Under Connect your Temu store, click Connect Temu. Temu Seller Center opens on its app authorization page. Sign in, check the permissions shown for your store, and authorize Seller Spring.

You come straight back to Seller Spring. Check the store and the workspace it will join, then click Confirm connection. The Temu card now shows Connected.

To check or remove access later, open System Management, then Authorization Management, in Temu Seller Center. It lists the permissions you granted and when they expire, and you can revoke the app there. You can also click Disconnect Temu here.

Is your Temu title doing its job? Titled scores it out of 100. Click Titled, and go to Score a title.

Paste a title. Blue bottle kids scores 40. Titled checks length, product type, brand, size, search coverage and clean wording, and tells you what to change.

Add the product type, the size and what it's for, and it climbs to 80. Put your most important words in the first 80 characters. To check your whole store, export your products from Temu Seller Center: Products, Manage Products, Management Tools, then Download Product Data.

Back in Titled, enter your store name and the number of products, and continue. Then upload the export. We score every title and prepare a report for you to review.

When it's ready, open the suggested titles. Each one shows your current title, our suggestion and both scores, so you decide before anything changes. Seller includes 250 title improvements a month.

Here's how to turn your Temu payments report into the nine VAT return boxes, with Settled. In Temu Seller Center, go to Finances, then Reports repository. Choose a date range, such as your VAT quarter, request the report, and download it when it appears.

Reports expire, so download it promptly. In Settled, choose the file. It's read in your browser.

Now tell Settled about your business: where it's established, where the goods are, your VAT status, and your role in the sale. Enter the period, and click Calculate figures. You get the nine VAT return boxes for the period.

Box 5 is the net VAT to pay or reclaim. These figures cover Temu only, so add your other sales and purchases before filing. Look over the pre-filing checks, then download the working paper and row workings for your records or your accountant.
