eBay and Amazon fields for a Temu listing upload
To put an eBay or Amazon listing on Temu, each column in your export has to end up in the matching field of a Temu category template. Title, brand, barcode, description, bullet points, price, quantity, variation and image URLs all move across, and most refusals come from a field that is blank, mismatched or badly formatted.
This guide names the fields on each side. It covers field names only, not category choices or pricing. Seller Spring Upload does the mapping for you.
Amazon fields to Temu fields
Amazon's category flat files vary, but these column names are common across them. Header matching should ignore case.

Amazon exports often leave the image columns blank, because Amazon does not return image links in a listing export. Plan for your photos to come from somewhere else.
eBay fields to Temu fields
These are the File Exchange names. The Seller Hub CSV uses friendlier labels for the same data.

eBay titles are limited to 80 characters, so a title that has already been cut short is common. eBay descriptions are often a whole page of seller template, with banners, delivery tables and inline styling. That needs cleaning before it goes into a Temu description. A listing with several variations may export as one row with a variation block, or as separate rows, and each variation needs to become its own Temu row.
Common reasons Temu listings get refused
- Blank image columns. Temu's template has ten SKU image URL columns, and all of them should be filled.
- A brand that does not match Temu's list. The Brand field takes a value from the template's Dropdown Lists sheet. A brand that is not on that list should be left blank, not guessed.
- Other values that do not match the dropdowns. Variation Theme, Applicable Age Group and the category's own attribute columns all use fixed lists. A wrong value can fail the whole upload, while a blank one fails a single field.
- Fewer than two bullet points. Every listing needs at least two. If your source has none, they have to come from the title or description.
- Variation Theme outside the allowed values. The theme should be Color, Size or Style.
- Brand not at the front of the title. Temu's title rules cover where the brand goes. Putting the brand first is the pattern to follow.
- Hidden or styled characters in titles. Invisible characters, and fancy Unicode letters that look like ordinary text, can get a listing refused even though the title reads fine.
- Stray HTML in descriptions. Tags, scripts and styling copied from an eBay page template.
- A currency other than pounds. Prices should be in GBP.
Check the barcode columns
Keep the barcode and its type together, for example a UPC in the UPC field. Barcodes are often missing on handmade items and bundles. Seller Spring Upload lists missing SKUs, barcodes and weights in its gap sheet so you can fill them in before you export the Temu workbook.
