Seller Spring is software that helps UK sellers get onto Temu, and it is an official Temu partner. This page answers the questions sellers ask most, from which files you can upload to what plans cost and how VAT working papers work.
What does Seller Spring do?
Seller Spring is software and a managed service that helps UK sellers get onto Temu. Its tools turn eBay and Amazon listings into a Temu upload file, tidy titles and descriptions to Temu's rules, prepare product photos, and turn Temu settlement reports into VAT working papers. A managed service runs your Temu store with you.
Is Seller Spring an official Temu partner?
Yes. Seller Spring is an official Temu partner, and we have Temu's written consent. Seller Spring is a trading name of Etronics Limited, company 15321490.
Which tools does Seller Spring have?
There are six. Upload and Rank are in invite-only preview. Frame is in build. Settled and Gaps are coming soon. Managed is available from £99 a month.
Which files can I upload?
Upload takes your active listings exported from eBay Seller Hub or Amazon Seller Central as a CSV or TSV file. Settled works from the settlement reports you download from Temu Seller Center. You can check a file for free at seller-spring.co.uk/check.
Does my data leave my browser?
No. Upload reads your listing file in your browser and does not send it to our servers. Settled reads and sorts your Temu settlement reports in your browser too, so your financial files never leave your computer.
How do I get my listings onto Temu with Seller Spring?
Export your active listings from eBay or Amazon, drop the file into Upload, review the gaps it finds, choose a Temu category for each group of products, and download the Temu workbook. Then upload that workbook in Temu Seller Center.
Does Seller Spring connect to my Temu store?
Not yet. The store connection is coming once Temu approves our app. Until then you upload the downloaded file in Temu Seller Center.
How much does Seller Spring cost?
Settled is £14 a month, Seller is £29, Growth is £49 and Managed is from £99, with the Managed price agreed in a written proposal. Plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial and no card is needed.
How do Temu referral codes work?
A referral code from Temu gives your first month free from the day you activate it. You add a card when you activate, and the plan starts after the free month unless you cancel.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time.
What is Settled?
Settled turns your Temu settlement reports into a VAT working paper with figures for the nine boxes on the UK VAT return. It is coming soon. It prepares working papers and does not file your VAT return.
Which accounting packages does Settled work with?
Settled is being built to export for Xero, Sage 50, QuickBooks and FreeAgent. We will list the packages we have tested when Settled launches.
Does Settled file my VAT return?
No. Settled prepares the working paper and the box figures. The treatment follows HMRC guidance as documented for Settled, and you should confirm your own position with your accountant before you file.
What are the plan limits?
Seller includes 250 Upload rows, 100 Rank versions and 50 Frame sets a month. Growth includes 1,000 Upload rows, 300 Rank versions, 150 Frame sets and one Gaps report. An Upload row is one product variant exported to Temu, and failed jobs are not counted.
Do you change my listings without asking?
No. Rank shows the old and new text side by side and only the changes you approve go into your Temu file. With Managed, our team works in your store and you approve changes before they go live.
