About these terms
These terms cover your use of Seller Spring, a service of Etronics Limited (company number 15321490, registered office 20 Willow Close, Penarth, Wales, CF64 3NG), trading as Seller Spring ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. Seller Spring is for businesses and sole traders acting in the course of business, not consumers.
What Seller Spring does
Seller Spring helps you prepare your products for selling on Temu: it checks your marketplace export, suggests changes to your listings for you to approve, prepares product images and produces files or listings for your Temu store. Temu decides whether to accept your store and your listings. We do not promise any level of sales, approval or ranking on Temu.
Seller Spring is an independent business. Temu is a trademark of its owner, and nothing in these terms makes us your agent or Temu's.
Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in pounds sterling, through Stripe: Settled £14, Seller £29 and Growth £49 a month, or as shown when you subscribe. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and we do not refund part months. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
Temu referral codes
A valid Temu referral code gives one month free from the day you activate it. You must enter card details when you activate it. Unless you cancel before the free month ends, your card is charged automatically for your chosen plan at the end of the free month, and monthly after that. Each business can use a referral code once.
Your content
Your product data, images and listings stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and adapt them only to provide the service to you, including sending listings to your Temu store when you ask us to. You confirm that you have the right to use and sell the products and to use the images and text you give us, and that your listings are accurate and lawful. Changes we suggest are only published if you approve them, and you remain responsible for your listings.
Acceptable use
Do not use Seller Spring to list counterfeit, illegal or prohibited goods, to break Temu's rules or any law, to interfere with the service or other users, or to try to access data that is not yours. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Availability
We work to keep Seller Spring available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, without guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Features that depend on Temu or other marketplaces may change when they change their systems.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, sales, business or data, or for indirect loss, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may close an account with 30 days' notice, or straight away if these terms are seriously broken. When an account closes, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will email account holders at least 30 days before they apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
